SWL stands for Safe Working Load and should always be printed on the tag of the bulk bag you are buying. This helps everyone who may use this bulk bag, either new or used, to understand the safe working limitations of the weight that is being transported. The industry minimum is a 5:1 ratio which means the bag should hold 5 times the SWL without breaking.
Yes, printing can be done at the bulk bag manufacturing and packaging product factory and can either be on 1 or all sides of the bulk bag.

Food grade bulk bags are polypropylene bags which have been manufactured in a clean room that resides in an AIB certified plant. The intention of these bags is to be used to transport food products free of contaminants.
Delivery time is usually about 1 month, if in stock, we will ship within 48 hours.
Of course, our samples are free, but you need to pay the shipping fee. Finally, we will mass produce it for you based on the quality of the sample.
Our usual payment method is 30% deposit and the rest by bill of lading. Letter of credit is also accepted. EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDP.

Cutting and sewing
Once the woven fabric is ready, it undergoes precise cutting to predefined measurements, following which it is skillfully sewn together to craft the distinctive appearance and robust structure characteristic of a tonnage bag. This tailored process ensures uniformity and durability in the final product.
Packaging and storage
Upon finalization, the fully assembled tonnage bags undergo meticulous packing procedures, carefully prepared to meet storage requirements within our warehouse facilities. This stage ensures that the bags are organized and stored efficiently, ready for timely delivery when required.
